The master bedroom has a King size bed with it's own bathroom, walk in closet and TV. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed and closet. The third bedroom has a Single Bed with walk in closet. Fully furnished, but it doesn't have to be :)

Applying for a rental home can be done in a few easy steps. Use the website to browse the homes that are currently available to rent. Once you've picked out a home you are interested in, I can be contacted by phone or email, listed on the bottom of the web page. All of our applicants must go through a back ground check and pay the down deposit before moving in.
About Me
Hi, I'm Armand Johnson. I grew up in Duluth and spent my life here. Getting married, raising my children and growing a business. Over the years I've acquired and built a few properties, that I've organized on this website. I rent out these properties to longtime citizens of Duluth or newcomers to our city. I hope to help build a sense of community and pride in this wonderful city we all share.
